This is an age of information and technology. There is a lot of good work we can do through the Christian media ministry, and we should do it. If we do not use the media to save the souls, Satan will use it to kill souls, actually, it is what is happening now.
Just like Noah’s ark of salvation has lower, middle and upper decks, we wish to use media as a tool to fulfill our visions and commission, by serving people in the three levels of Spirit, Soul and Body.
History
CMI was started in 2015, by some college students in US. In the beginning we just want to use media to influence people through Christian faith content. We learned how to use Facebook, and use it to promote the websites. Step by step, we have more and more followers on social media and also more traffic on websites.
During the process, we have the chance to unite content production with college study. Schoolmate from different colleges joined CMI, they could practice their knowledge and skills learned from the class in work. CMI staff also have some courses in colleges to teach the students and help them learn how to utilize media in their future mission.
As CMI reaches more than 20 millions people every month now, we also keep thinking about how to improve our content quality and media network to meet people’s need in faith better. We are very thankful to see that many Christians are active on Social media to share God’s words and their stories, we are eager to cooperate with more Christians and Churches to spread the Gospel and make many disciples of Jesus.
We give thanks to God for He guided and protected this ministry and we together make it this far. There are still a lot of work to be done. As we explore and try more things, we pray that CMI can have more meaningful projects and build a more effective system where more Christians and organizations can easily access, work and cooperate together.
Statement of Faith
We believe in the Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy; and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe in One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in Our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and His Personal return in power and glory.
We believe in the Salvation of lost and sinful man through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
We believe in The Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the Unity of the Spirit of all true believers, the Church, the Body of Christ.
We believe in the Resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
